Our concept

​​Our selection consists of a menu of 5 courses we combine, with a total of 300 DKK.

An example of a menu:

  • Snacks
  • Two different kinds of fish alongside with a fresh salad, dip
  • Three kinds of meat with vegetables and carbohydrates (a tapas dish consisting of potatoes etc.)
  • Something sweet or some cheese – depending on your own preferences for this menu.

In order for us to give you the best tasting experience, we gather the courses and prepare them correctly to enhance the flavors: The fish matures, the meat is marinated, and fruit and vegetables lies in pickle.

​These Spanish signature dishes are always available:

  • Salt roasted almonds
  • Marinated olives
  • Gambas in garlic
  • Bravas and aioli
  • Croquettes of poultry in béchamel
  • Chorizo sausage
  • Lomo in paprika of a whole piece of tenderloin
  • Mini pimento filled with fresh cheese
  • Phenomenal Manchego
